| Coating performance is, in general, proportional to the degree of surface preparation. Surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust and other contaminants prior to coating.
It is recommended to apply Marble ALK on previously painted surfaces with a matt or semi-gloss paint such as DecoOil SG, DecoOil M “Alkyd paints” or DecoCoat G / DecoCoat M “Water emulsion acrylic paints” (Refer to technical data sheets). Previously painted surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of any loose material.
Note:
Required patterns should be worked before Marble ALK starts to dry and becomes tacky.

| • Marble ALK has to be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from heat and direct sunlight. Marble ALK is classified under highly flammable materials.
• Shelf life is 2 years from packing date in unopened original containers at 5 to 40°C. Containers should be kept tightly closed.

• Do not breathe or inhale mist.
• Wear air-mask and avoid skin or eye contact.
