Application Instruction
• Method of Application : By brush, roller, or pressure spray (spray gun not recommended).
• Mixing : The can should be stirred well before application to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
• Thinner / Cleaner : water is used to reduce viscosity or for cleaning. The mixing ratio with water depends on the application tool. For example, in the case of pressure spray at a temperature of 20°C, there is no need for dilution, and in all other cases (brush or roller), it is possible to dilute up to approximately 15% volume with water.
• Application Temperature : 10-40°C
• Note : When painting the other side, drying time should be taken into account.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from any grease, dust, or other contaminants that may affect adhesion
Drying Time
• Dry to Touch : 20 minutes (ASTM-D1640) at a temperature of 20°C
• Dry to Handle : 1 hour "minimum time for painting the other side" (ASTM-D1640)
• Note : drying time is affected by several factors such as ventilation, the thickness of the Coating layer, and temperature. Higher temperatures lead to shorter drying times.
