Recommended Uses
Acrycoat is used as a finishing coat for advertising panels and heat radiators.
Features

Application Instruction
• Method of Application : Conventional spray.
• Mixing Ratio : (by volume) Acrycoat Thinner (S506 “known as Sulphacryl”) 1 Litre 0.20 Litre Stir well before mixing
• Cleaner : Clean applying tools by S501 or S502 thinner.

Substrate Treatment
Coating performance is, in general, proportional to the degree of surface preparation. Surface must be clean, dry, undamaged and free of oil, grease, and other contaminants prior to coating.
It is recommended to apply Acrycoat on substrates coated by a suitable primer or undercoat. Acrycoat may directly be applied on metal surfaces (advertising pannels) .
Drying Time
• Dry to Touch : 10 minutes (ASTM-D1640).
• Dry to Handle : 1 hour (ASTM-D1640).
• Note : Drying times can be affected by many factors such as temperature, ventilation and coat thickness. Higher temperatures will shorten the drying times.
Storing Conditions
• Acrycoat is classified under high flammable materials. Containers must be kept tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from heat and direct sunlight.
• Shelf life is two years from packing date in unopened original containers at 10 to 40°C.
Safety:
• Well-ventilated conditions should be provided during application.
• Do not breathe or inhale mist.
• Wear air-mask and avoid skin or eye contact.
