| Coating performance is, in general, proportional to the degree of surface preparation. Surface must be clean, undamaged and free of oil, grease, and other contaminants prior to coating.
• NCL primer/surfacer may directly be applied over well-prepared and sanded wooden surfaces or over wooden surfaces filled by suitable putty (SYN310 Putty, or AC Putty).
• If extremely smooth and even surfaces are required it is recommended to apply OMEGAN Primer/Surfacer. | | |
| | • Dry to Touch : | 10 minutes (ASTM-D1640). | | • Dry to Handle : | 30 minutes “minimum recoat time” (ASTM-D1640). | | • Note : | Drying times can be affected by many factors such as temperature, ventilation and coat thickness. Higher temperatures will shorten the drying times. |

| • NCL primer/surfacer has to be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place protected from heat and direct sunlight. NCL primer/surfacer is classified under high flammable materials.
• Shelf life is 2 years from packing date in unopened original containers at 5 to 40°C. Containers should be kept tightly closed.
Safety:
• Well-ventilated conditions should be provided during application.
• Do not breathe or inhale mist.
• Wear air mask and avoid skin or eye contact. | |
